Clinical assessment and Therapy:

Psychological Therapy fees:

£90 per session (privately paying customers)

£100 per session (Insurance)

£ 80 ('Blue Light': emergency services, Military)

Reduced fees may be available for those in financial hardship.

If you are unsure whether Dr Hart's services are for you, or you wish to make a pre-therapy enquiry, Dr Hart will offer a free 10-20 minute consultation. You can arrange a consultation through the 'contact' section.

Clients with Private Health Insurance: For clients with private health insurance, Dr Hart will need to verify your policy and insurance benefit entitlements before assessment and therapy can begin. Whilst, Dr Hart will endeavour to do this as quickly as possible, it can take up to 3-4 weeks for insurance companies to provide the necessary verification. Clients whose insurance benefit does not cover the session fee will be expected to pay any shortfall in advance in the same manner as privately paying clients. Dr Hart is registered with AXA, Aviva and Bupa.

For privately paying clients, fees must be paid 48 hours before the appointment by BACS (see below). Session slots not paid for in advance will be made available to other clients.

​

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at half the session rate.
