Sessions are £120 for a 50-minute appointment, offered either face to face or online. This reflects the level of experience and the structured, formulation-driven approach I take into therapy

BUPA
I am fee-assured with BUPA, so there are no additional costs beyond your policy cover. As levels of cover vary, it is worth checking your entitlement directly with BUPA.

AXA
If you are insured with AXA, please check your level of cover and any requirements for authorisation prior to starting therapy.

Organisations / Occupational Health
Rates are available on request.

Initial Enquiry

If you would like to get a sense of whether this approach feels right for you, I offer a free 10–20 minute initial consultation. This provides an opportunity to briefly discuss what you are looking for and whether I am likely to be able to help.

Payment and Cancellation

Sessions are payable in advance by bank transfer. Payment details are provided following booking.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged at the full session rate.
